Montana Child Protection Alliance (MCPA) was founded as a non-profit organization in 2017.  We are dedicated to raising awareness of children’s rights in Montana and ensuring the health of Montana families through support and preservation services.

The guiding principles in Montana Code Annotated (MCA) 41-7-102 are what we aspire to see implemented in the State of Montana.  The first part states, “It is the policy of the state of Montana to support and preserve the family as the single most powerful influence for ensuring the healthy social development and mental and physical well-being of Montana’s children.”  We all want to see a system that works, that protects children, preserves parent’s rights, and strengthens families. MCPA acts as an advocate and resource to families, and works for improvements in law, policy, and implementation of child protection services. By helping children, we can help families for generations to come.
